OUR SPECIAL CHILD Master Kamalakannan mainstreamed to Government School

Master Kamalakannan (10 years) is the second child of Krishnamoorthy and Maheswari. They belong to a poor family - His father is Mason and mother is homemaker. He has got an Elder sister and an Younger Brother.

Master Kamalakannan joined MCDS on 22.07.2010 and was with us till the beginning of June 2016. He is an Autism Child and with all the possible assistance given by our Special Educator Mrs. Prema, he has joined the Main stream and he is studying in Government School, Kannagi Nagar in III Standard . We still follow the child in whatever way possible , so as to help him to be like any other child.MCDS congratulates our teachers who were involved in this success story.

Master Vishwa is mainstreamed from MCDS to the Government School

Master Vishwa is 6 years of age and was with MCDS for the last 2 years. He is the son of Palani and Chitra who are Auto Driver and Housekeeper. Master Vishwa has Two Elder Sisters and One Younger Brother who are doing their studies. He is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Today we are happy to share that Master Vishwa has got admission for I standard into a formal school with the help of our Special Educators from Kannagi Nagar. He comes to our centre once in a week as he is so much attached to his friends and Teachers. Regular visits are made to the Formal school by the staff as part of the follow-up. It is a milestone for the CBR sector of MCDS to Mainstream Master Vishwa to the formal school.
